At Flock Free, our passion for customer satisfaction comes from years of being other companies’ customers. We have long purchased products and equipment for our own bird control explorations in solving our clients’ problems, and we didn’t always receive the kind of support we believe every customer is entitled to.
Too many solutions in this industry are treated as “sell it and forget it”. Customers who find that the products they have purchased don’t resolve their bird problems, or who have trouble installing and maintaining their bird control solutions, are often left (as we were) to figure out the problem on their own.
Stand Behind Our Products
Every Flock Free machine is backed by a full year warranty on parts and service. If anything goes wrong, we fix it. Period.

Our goal is to move the birds causing your issues, without hurting them. Our products are designed with bird safety in mind, and the product formulations won’t damage them, your facility, your customers or the environment.
