Small Bird Box TrapFlock Free
Flock Free Small Bird Trap is a simple but really effective measure of humane trapping of sparrows and other small birds.
You just need a simple cardboard box and a trap.
No batteries or power supply needed.
How to use the bird trap:
- Cut the hole in the box with a knife or scissors – 6½ x 6½ inches.
- Install the trap over the hole in the box.
- Adjust the latch of the trap in such manner that it keeps the trap in the upper position but the trap may be activated with a light touch. You may need some practice and tests before you find the right position.
- Put some bird seeds on top of the trap’s surface.
A bird sees the seeds and lands on the surface of the trap to eat it.
As soon as the bird touches the trap, the trap flips, leading the bird into the box under a force of gravity.
The trap now works as a cover preventing the bird’s escaping from the box.
Now, you can move the box to the desired place out of your property and release the bird.
Dimensions: 8¼ x 8¼ x 6¾ inches, 1 lb.
