How to use?

Inflate the balloon with your breath or with any inflator.

Put the pole base in the desired place on a window or other flat surface and activate the suction cup. Put the plastic flexible pole inside the base. Attach the balloon to the top of the plastic pole.

Use the 2nd balloon as a replacement or separately – hang it using a rope, string, or line (not included) in the desired place.

Placing the balloon in a sunny place works best because the reflection of sunlight from the “eyes” of the balloon helps drive the birds away.

The balloon constantly moves in the wind “bobbing” around. These movements and flashes of reflected light frighten birds.
